Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
Make a dxvk.conf and add this line of code to it "dxgi.syncInterval = 0". This should smooth out the gameplay and make it no longer slow down when entering or leaving a area.
Performance:Slight Performance Problems
Would slow down even harder in specific areas where the game would usually slow down without making the dxvk.conf file like said above.

You can play online however if you're not fast enough to ready up in the lobby along with everyone else the game will crash and hosting the game is nearly impossible.
If you want to play singleplayer wise you'll have no issues other than potentially having your game crash while changing the background in the character dressing room.
