gamemoderun %command% -PSOCompileMode=1
Due to the recent updates you need to add -PSOCompileMode=1 to the Steam Launch Options, but other than this it should run without noticable issues.

It ran as if native, probably better fps than when I played it on Windows 11 previously.

I'd expect Platinum for this game, as I had no issues with the game itself running and playing it had no unexpected issues.
