Tinker Steps:Set launch options
PROTON_HIDE_NVIDIA_GPU=0 PROTON_ENABLE_NVAPI=1 %command%

Only issue I had is that the game does not recognize Nvidia card by default which prevents enabling DLSS. Setting custom launch options fixes that

With default resolution there is lots of aliasing, increasing resolution to 2560x1600 in Steam game options makes game look way better.
