Works great after one fix
I had to switch to European then back to North American servers before I could connect to a friend's game.
I wasn't able to run this game natively, so I forced the game to use Proton 5.0-7 instead. It looks solid and runs great.
The outlines look more rough than I remember on Windows.
Others, such as LennoxLuther, have specified how to fix this.
I installed MEUITM and ALOT texture mods and after a lot of tinkering, my game only crashed occasionally when I clicked "Investigate" in conversations.
If you play this game without texture mods, it works like a charm. Like I was able to install the ME1 Recalibrated mod with no problems.
If you want to install texture mods, it's much more difficult. It occasionally crashed when I chose "Investigate" in conversations, but overall it ran great.
This game works like a charm without mods.
There was no sound the first time I launched the game. Subsequent launches saw no problems.
I installed texture mods. With 4k textures, my game crashed every time I tried to use Citadel fast travel. With 2k(?) textures, my game only crashed occasionally, usually during load screens.
