After the new patch game crashes every time it tries to connect to the server on startup.

Previously I used GE-Proton 9.7 and it was all great, 30 hours of gameplay 0 issues. Now not a single proton version works. Tried versions from 7 to 9.21, but no luck. I tried proton experimental, but no luck.
Verifying file integrity didn't fix this issue as well.
