My personal visual novel control scheme.

The game would occassionally take a while to load the save/settings menus.
Some slight performance issues and uses a lot of battery for a visual novel, but it runs well overall.
Bound almost every button to spacebar to advance text, bound Y-button to keyboard-L for the backlog.

At one point, fast-forwarding would loop back to a previous scene. I think this is a Renpy bug; I've experienced it in other Renpy games. Restarting the game fixed the bug.

Attempting to open the settings menu while in-game crashes the game. Experienced a crash unrelated to that error near the end of Chapter 1, too.
Crashes when opening settings menu in-game, and crashed for some other reason during Chapter 1. Movies are skipped. GE-Proton was probably unnecessary; I thought it might fix the settings crash but it did not.
A few times there was delay/lag when switching between different tabs in the UI.
