When I turned on motion blur the lighting started to glitch out and big white squares came on the screen but when I tuned it off it worked like a charm

Game didn't ran without doing the launch option thing- I had to disable visual effects in the game because it was laggy but when I used windows before,, the game was also laggy with visual effects on so I guess its sorta my hardwares fault- But the game ran flawlessly with no stutters when I turned visuals off
