After starting the game 5-7 FPS. Unplayable, I wonder how other people got to work it

What I tried:
- turning on/off VSync;
- window mode;
- using different proton versions(Proton 9.0-4 and Experimental);
- different launch options.
I just can't play this game. After starting the sound is lagging and fps is like 5-7. I don't know how to solve this(

Completed the game without issues. Average: 80 FPS, but I think it's ok for my hardware. As for me it was playable.
