Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: Proton 9
- Clone and compile this: https://github.com/HansKristian-Work/pyroveil if you are missing ninja, sudo apt install ninja-build
- Select Proton 9.0-4 (did not work with experimental)
- set your launch parameters to: PYROVEIL=1 PYROVEIL_CONFIG=/home/youruser/pyroveil/hacks/roadcraft-nvidia-570-stable/pyroveil.json %command%
Tested just now on goldendog linux (debian 12 stable) with the NVIDIA driver 535 and it works flawlessly.

remove the existing pyroveil dir if available, clone and follow the instructions here https://github.com/HansKristian-Work/pyroveil
Then add this line to the launch options:
PYROVEIL=1 PYROVEIL_CONFIG=/home//pyroveil/hacks/roadcraft-nvidia-570-stable/pyroveil.json %command%
