Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 6.3-8, Set launch options
PROTON_NO_D3D11=1 %command%
Game crashed on clicking "new game" with latest proton experimental version. Selecting proton 6.3-8 fixed the issue. Might need PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 in launch options as well
