This game does not perform well in Hawaii. Sub-30 fps in many scenarios to the point where I questioned how this game got SD verified. The game looks very ugly upscaled
The game, if you want stable performance, basically requires upscaling, and it doesn't look very good doing so. I don't recommend experiencing this on a Steam Deck if you're particular about image quality. If you don't mind upscaling to 800p via Quality/Balanced FSR 2, I would lock to 30 fps.
