Mouse trapped while in windowed mode
Played COOP via LAN with another PC with Linux and the multiplayer works really well. The other PC have Nvidia Driver 390. There I needed to use Proton 3.16 to run the game. In my main PC I used Proton 5.0.

I just needed to use Proton 4.2-9 instead of 5.0-9 because inventory seems to lag a bit when mouse over the itens.

The game crashing is a problem that Simcity 4 ever had, even in Windows, so, if it crashes with you, don't worry, the problem occurs randomly to anyone... I played without any mod, just vanilla SC4 Deluxe.
