Installed Anno 2070. Run it. Uplay crashed and closed. I run it again. After that. Everything works.

Launch Flags:Disable Esync
DynaSound mod fixed 99% of audio crackling. 1% is too loud air strike bombing can still cause audio cracking but barely noticeable. I'm using Pipewire-pulse audio. I'm happy now I've no audio cracking and also better sound quality with adrenaline pumping.

Windowing:Other
Pressing Window Key (or) Super Key on Linux can cause locking rotating view with mouse. Rotating is locked at like 145 degree. Alt + Tab or Win + Tab can fix it.
