Due to low end graphics, Fastest Settings are needed for playing the game at 1366x768 (Post Processing to Low or Disabled is probably a good option also), the -useembedded flag aperently is not need. HD 4400 vulkan support is not very good, wined3d offers better performance than dxvk. More or less the same performance as in Windows overall.
