Hotfix 11 works when unchecking "Force specific compatability tool" and allowing steam to manage proton verisons
Tinker Steps:Set launch options
--skip-launcher
WIth previous updates I had used ProtonGE with --skip-launcher and --dx11. As of hotfix 11, unchecking "force specific compatability tool" and allowing steam to manage which version is used runs fine. The game crashes when attempting to force Proton Experimental or ProtonGE.

Using Proton Experimental caused the game to crash due to missing codecs for the intro movie. Game runs perfect with ProtonGE.

Overall (online):Excellent
No linux specific issues noted.
Without adding the launch options, framerate would drop harshly when moving camera. Launch options appear to have resolved all issues.

Runs great with no issues. Add the launch option "WINEDLLOVERRIDES="winhttp=n,b" %command%" to get mods to work.
