I used the following command mentioned by Akayoo and André Badaia (thx):

cd ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/47890/pfx/
wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Winetricks/winetricks/master/src/winetricks
sudo apt install winetricks
Download “ NetFx64.exe ” from here and place it in ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/47890/pfx/
reboot
WINEPREFIX=~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/47890/pfx/ winetricks dotnet20 ^this will install dotnet. follow the instructions
WINEPREFIX=~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/47890/pfx/ wine ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/compatdata/47890/pfx/NetFx64.exe

And remenber to use PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 %command% in startup settings ;)
