In my initial attempts to get SYNTHETIK to work, I had installed it onto my internal hard drive which is formatted in NTFS. Despite trying all the suggestions provided by others users, my game simply refused to start. Upon further research, I learned that my hard drive being NTFS was somehow preventing my game from launching. Was able to play with a smooth experience for hours.
