It was hard to get it to fit my 3440x1440. Used windowed mode in lower resolution, dragged it to that monitor and then switched it to "Windowed Fullscreen".
No custom command lines are necessary, but the ones I've pasted enable DLSS and probably more native Nvidia features for those with Nvidia RTXs.
