The game is crashing after only a couple of minutes of gameplay.
Automatic crash during chapter 3 after going back to the mine.
Impossible to rewind/fast forward found footages
It would be great to find a resolution to this problem as the game is not playable.
Game can crash while trying to rewind/fast forward found footage videos. There is a lot of frames drop if you are playing the game in the highest graphic mode. Keeping textures level to high while deactivating most of the other graphic options seems to solve the issue.
Crashes occurred while trying to fast forward/rewind found footage without following the workaround provided by Dario : press start to enter the Pause menu and go back to the game (you have to do this twice) will allow you to play a video from the start (you have to be watching a video while doing this). I was able to reach Chapter 12 using this method.
Hello, I tried to follow instructions to launch Red Dead Redemption 2 using Proton 6.3.8 but I always get the same error that all instances of the Rockstar Games launcher need to be closed.
Is there any chance that someone has a workaround to this?
I managed to get to the last mission of the game but it crashes every time at the same point, it is quite frustrating. I also had regular crashes during my gameplay whether I change the graphism options or not.
