The few issues I had were so minor that I can't imagine they would matter to anyone, especially given how casual the game is.
I know my laptop definitely isn't very powerful, but when I get several rounds into the game, moving my mouse cursor with the trackpad causes the games frame rate to plummet. I didn't have an FPS counter on, but it feels like the frame rate is cut in half.
Steam defaulted me to using Proton Hotfix, but that version caused hard system crashes after only a couple minutes in the menus of the game.
Obviously, given my hardware the game runs very well, but there were a few stutters
Game crashed once at the end of a 5 hour session. Technically, the game didn't completely crash, it instead froze and was confused about where I was in a mission, but wouldn't resume, and I had to alt+f4 the game.
I had been unable to get Ubisoft Connect to connect, but finally got it working again yesterday. I am not sure if there was an update that fixed it, or otherwise while logging in, I tried renaming my computer inside Ubisoft Connect and it ended up working.
Ubisoft Connect can't connect
I don't know if there was a recent update to Ubisoft Connect or something that broke it's compatibility with Proton, but it can't connect to online services, so I can't launch the game. I was able to play it once, a couple weeks ago. However, right now I can't get it to work. I've tried several versions of Proton (Experimental, 7.0-1, and 6.3-8), as well as I tried to manually install Ubisoft Connect using Wine, but nothing works.
Game Runs Flawlessly
No noticable issues given my internet.
Game runs flawlessly without having to do anything to tinker with it. It just works for me.
