You can mount the image using
sudo mount $(sudo losetup --show -f ~/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/TUSFitG/TUSFitG.VHD) /mnt
To unmount use
sudo umount /mnt
sudo losetup -d /dev/loop0 # Loop number may be different (check with mount -l)
