camera needed for gameplay so this makes it unplayable

Significant Bugs:
camera not supported both internal SB2 (drivers dont exist yet so this si fine) and chinesium usb webcam
not playable even with generic usb webcam

black screen or windowed mode makes it pretty much unenjoyable

black screen on fullscreen-alt option and a even smaller windowed version on other fullscreen setting
