Utilizing LACT program and Optimizer mod helped with Stablizing the Frametime, FPS, Core/Vram Clock and helped with using Frame Gen finally. With LACT i set it to Power Saving in the Performance mode for my GPU. I set my Maximum Core Clock to 2600, Max Vram Clock to 2200, Minimum Core Clock to 1800 and my Minimum Vram Clock to 1700. I did raise my Voltage about 15, but other then those being changed. I figured the game was trying to push the gpu on its clock rates without consulting the gpu itself. I went from crashing every 10-20 minutes to not having a single crash after 4-6 hours of playtime each session. Mileage will vary person to person, but what i did has helped stopped me from crashing often to having no crashes.
