In my case the game seems to run pretty nicely. Performance is not so good (I'd say 25-40 fps depending on the configuration) Not sure exactly why, I used to have a 570 GTX in the old slave windows times, which performed better. // The main glitch is a graphical issue where some vegetal textures seems to be non-transparent, the grass looks like papers or something like that. I have tried every Proton version since 3.16 to see if it is fixed, but It still isn't.
I've tried different versions of Proton since I first tried to run the game.
In any of them I've been able to make it run, or at least get to the initial menu. A little black pop-up window appears and dissapears without doing anything else after pressing Play.
I'd like to think it is my system, which is an old Phenom II X4, but it does not have sense since Proton is designed to work with older generation hardware in mind too. And yeah, the thing still resists the test of time. I can play most games with no issue.
