If you have DLCs (including maps), please set the Proton version manually. Otherwise, everything should work!

If you only have the base game, you don't need to do anything. However, if you have DLCs (including the maps!), then YOU MUST SET THE PROTON VERSION MANUALLY! This is because the maps are apparently considered Linux-compatible, so without manually setting a Proton version, Steam will download the Linux "compatible" version of the main game, which is 0 bytes in size as such a version no longer exists! So, any recent Proton version will do; even '10 beta' works!"
Multiplayer works without any problems!
Unfortunately, I don't have anyone who can play local multiplayer with me, but single-player works just as well as multiplayer!

Game runs great on Linux! For local/LAN/VPN multiplayer, DirectPlay is needed and works well.

Very rarely (in 1 out of 20 games), there was a problem where the connection would simply drop if a player switched focus away from the application. (Online multiplayer is only available for local games/via LAN; you could use a VPN server to be in the same network.)

You need to switch the Proton Version (for me its 3.7-8)
