Basically the first Soul like game. Has aged well enough but there are definitely sections where some mechanics are outdated and frustrating

Old school rpg, now it appears very rough but nostalgia aside is still a good D&D experience

The game and ASE program for mapping start both out of the box, but in my case for a good experience I had to remap the keybindings to "Playing with the Keyboard" controls and deactivate the mouse. This layout is shared on steam

The Gamepad With Joystick Trackpad is a good start, but ithe combat especially with a lot of opponents with a full party ( 6) could be difficult
