Can't rename items, after entering new name nothing changes
Installed 17 mods from Nexus using MO2. No performance degradation or noticeable stability issues (about 2 crashes in 40 hours of gameplay).
MO2 installation caveat: After installing MO2 and F4SE I went to download and install mods. I found out that launching and navigating MO2 from Desktop Mode using touch controls made it crash. Changing control layout to Mouse and navigating MO2 using trackpad fixed the issue. It also doesn't crash when you use touchscreen from Big Picture Mode, so no problem launching the game later, just touch "Play" in MO2 and you're all set
I created layout for myself, because default layouts were not very useful. I uploaded it as community layout (there were no at the moment)
Text in modal windows like province info and stats is not very easy to read
At the start "Country info" window was placed a bit behind the left edge of the screen. It was easy to move it properly
