If you can be patient and get past the crashes, you might be able to play a significant amount.
Sometimes it looked like the game was rendering at an offset.
Graphical weirdness.
I learned to save the game frequently because even hitting the button to end a mission might crash the game.
On startup, there would be periodic crashes.
I was able to play many missions in the campaign mode, but Cycle of Destruction Mission 11 will not start without the entire game closing/disappearing. I presume there is a crash when loading it.
People complained about how laggy and slow it was on Windows, but if the game would stop crashing on startup, and I can get it running, I found it was very responsive. I just wished it would stop crashing mid-game, too. Save often. And I hope that I can eventually play through the entire campaign, assuming Proton updates might address the crash that occurs when starting one mission in particular.
