Minor issue: sometimes textures loading few ms late, not sure if its related to my setup; my monitor is attached to the mobo (not directly to the dGPU). Also note that Im not really sure if launch parameters I set are really needed.

Only with steam flatpak, tinkering with gamemode solves it
