Performance is good, played online with a friend using the Friend Pass.
If you are having issues joining a friend. Try alt tabbing out of the game and quickly accepting the origin invite when it shows up. Sometimes if you wait too long you won't be able to join anymore and need to try again.
The cutscene at the beginning was somewhat choppy for me, but as soon as the game itself started, my framerate was very smooth.
Works well out of the box with Proton-GE but experiencing black flashes when running fullscreen

Changing to fullscreen works but screen is flashing black multiple times during gameplay, making it better to run windowed instead

Crashed one time in 3 hour multiplayer session
For multiplayer, it's usually better to set up an in-game 'network' and invite your friends to it. Then you can start matchmaking by using 'invite network' and your friends will get a notification and can join you in-game without using origin.
