Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
Funcionou sem qualquer problema. Usando proton experimental e usando directx 12 (que o jogo diz estar em beta) o desempenho igualou e muitas vezes superou o Windows 11.

Modo janela não funciona, fica piscando sem parar. Em tela cheia ficou perfeito.
Use o Proton GE. Usando o Proton padrão da steam o jogo mostra aviso de problema com anticheat, seja versão estável, experimental ou hotfix.
