Runs great! Only one small glitch.
The game became unresponsive after solving a puzzle and I had to kill it.
The game ran very well out of the box, after I clicked through a pop-up about my graphics card not being recognized. After about 2 hours of play, I ran into a glitch where, after completing a puzzle, the menus were inaccessible, and I couldn't return to the main game or exit normally, so I had to kill the process, which I did by switching to a different virtual console (Ctrl+Alt+F2). A hard reboot would also have done the trick. It's hard to say exactly what triggered it, but the game did save my progress. AFAIK the glitch could also occur on Windows.
With Proton 6.3-4 or Experimental, the game crashes immediately. Using 5.13-6, it runs fine, if slowly.
Initially the game was running at <15 FPS on the "Low" preset, but after playing for a while the frame rate increased to around 24-30 FPS. Some performance issues may be expected on my hardware, since I'm using a Vega M GPU, which was not detected correctly by the game.
Crashes immediately unless Wine D3D11 is enabled. The in-game main menu doesn't seem to work, so there's no way to exit the game that I can see other than by manually killing it. In all other respects, it seems to run fine.
I've played this game a little more, and it still seems to work fine except for the bug where the buttons in the pause menu don't work -- they just return you to the game without doing anything. This is mostly an annoyance when trying to exit the game. If you have the same issue, I recommend using Alt+F4 to quit as a workaround. Unlike what I was doing before (switching to a virtual terminal and manually killing processes), this will shut down the game cleanly. There is an autosave feature, so the game remains fairly playable despite this bug.
