Runs out of the box. Needs couple of minutes to cache the shaders, after that good to go!
Heavy spikes for 5 mins to cache the shaders. After that you are good to go!
Runs perfectly out of the box with newer GPUs
I recently switched to AMD and to a 6800xt. Before that I had an 1080. With the 1080 is had major FPS drops when I got into the world. Seems that this might have to do with older GPUs and as far as I know NVIDIA only (Maxwell arch.). If have newer card then it runs out of the box perfectly. Can't say anything about the performance and older AMD cards.
Does boot till Unreal Engine logo, then freezes.
Tried the suggested workaround by replacing the Microsoft Visual C++ and renaming the exe files, but that didn't' work for me. I am not able to get into the menu.
Runs right out of the box. Frames might go a bit fluctuate sometimes, but nothing bad.
Unstable frames
The resolution might be greyed out (also issue on Windows). This seems to be only the case if you are not in windowed mode. Switch to windowed mode, change your resolution and switch back to the mode you prefer.

Installation can be tricky. You might get a black screen. Hit enter till you get the Bethesda logo. After the launcher installation, the game works like a charm. Don't forget to set the launcher command, else you will get an insufficient storage message regardless if you have the space or not.
