Initially FPS was below acceptable level, but after setting environment variable `__GL_13ebad=0x1` completely fixed it.
Tinker Steps:Set launch options
__GL_13ebad=0x1 %command%
Windowing:Other
After alt-tab, cursor stays in the middle of the screen
In order to make use of the current NVidia drivers, setting __GL_13ebad=0x1 is a necessity (kudos to @esullivan @ NVidia for providing this work around), other than that smooth sailing.
