Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
The current version (1.4.0) doesn't launch without switching to experimental (the default wine version in steam seems to be very old). Older versions (1.3.0) used to but couldn't unlock achievements and had issues with fullscreen. These issues are fixed by switching to a newer wine version as well.
