The game can't be launched with Proton Experimental or Proton 8.0-5: at the first start it will show an error message saying that C:\Windows\System32\OpenAL32.dll is read-only, and will offer the options to Abort the installation, Retry to remove the read-only attribute or Ignore the error. None of these option will let the user run the game.

Proton 7.0-6 will let the game run as expected, but the game will crash to desktop after every multiplayer race.
