added 'PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%' to Launch Options and worked
Launch menu takes up to a minute to load, but eventually does and gameplay is great. Had to paste launch option "PROTON_USE_WINED3D11=1 %command%" to 'Launch Options' under 'Preferences' when right clicking on game in 'Library'
Doesn't work when launched through steam, but you can launch the game by (if you're on Firefox) going to "file:///home/$USER/.steam/steam/steamapps/common/Future%20Proof/www/index.html" replacing $USER with your user for your steam account assuming you have a ordinary installation.
The game starts and displays correctly. But steam notifications don't display correctly and about 5 lines of pixels on the right side of the screen flicker black and white rapidly. The game then crashes after about 6-12 seconds of being booted up.
Not sure if just my laptop (see my trash specs), but some resources are displayed buggily (maps textures flashing in and out) still very playable though for me with my icky 15 FPS
First time the game booted with a dark screen with just audio. Closed it out and ran it again and it worked perfectly.
dll error on start
Launching the game will generate an error report giving the reason of a "Access Violation (0xc0000005)" in the module of the game executable.
