Freezes ~5sec into any round.
-vulkan -sdlaudiodriver pipewire
Machine locks up for a few seconds, recovers but the game stays frozen, then again when killing cs2 (have to use sig 9). The performance is fine in the 5 seconds of gameplay I get.
Completely flawless, no tweak necessary besides turning on Steam compatibility. I used Proton Experimental.
If you're fine with no audio, performance isn't too bad. I for one couldn't cope with the crackling though.
Felt like extreme mouse acceleration was on.
Framerate dips are much more dramatic on large scenes compared to under Win7.
Loading screen absent on first attempt to play. Possibly connected to fullscreen mode?
Normal but sometimes drops to "playable", could be chalked up to 1070 getting old
Didn't launch until I restarted Steam.
Controls just as floaty as usual.
Older Proton version is probably unnecessary, but do try it if you have a problem. Restarting Steam was ultimately the solution in my case.
