Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-27, protontricks
I had to manually delete all the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables using "protontricks". After uninstalling everything and launching the game, it works! Yipeeee!
The game did not launch on my linux PC without using "protontricks".
