Audio:Out Of Sync
In other proton versions, the op desyncs.

In all the versions of proton I have tried, the video that plays when you reach the flying ruins doesn't play.

Using the atelier-fix patch is going to help you a lot if there is any performance issue.
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton8-32, Set launch options

Audio:Missing, Out Of Sync
To fix the audio missing or being out of sync, change to GE-Proton8-32 and used the aforementioned launch option.
Without tinkering, the audio was out of sync in the opening movie and the other videos didn't play.
