Now fluid, good fps but too frequent crash (proton 5.13-1)

Maybe my tilling manager (Awesome) but no problem on other games
Performance:Significant Performance Problems
Game is really slow to start or loading map. After that, it's OK, fluid, etc.
Instability:Frequently
Crash after maximum 30 minutes.
Significant Bugs:
Really difficult to launch, if you want to try the game, run into "safe mode" (tried proton options like disable D3D11 but not working), then push 4 times "echap" key to access to the game. Then wait, loadings are really slow. But after 20 minutes (approx) the game crash.
