Yes it works almost completely perfectly fine, except one cutscene not working correctly, without GEProton9-23 (for me).
Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-23

The image quality seemed a little washed with GE-Proton9-23, compared to without Proton.
Significant Bugs:
There was a cutscene that didn't work for my System. The solution was activating GE-Proton9-23.
The game runs nearly perfect without proton on my system, except for one cutscene glitching out, after trying proton experimental and proton9, it was fixed with GE-Proton9-23.
