Works well after getting past the initial startup crashes, used Union with the community patch otherwise cutscenes don't scale properly.
Tinker Steps:Switch to older version: 8.0-5, Set launch options, protontricks
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="ddraw=n,b" PULSE_LATENCY_MSEC=90 %command%
Had to install directmusic
Windowing:Activating Fullscreen
Game would crash on startup until going into Gothic.ini and enabling zStartupWindowed=1
