gamescope -w 1920 -h 1200 -W 2560 -H 1440 -f -S stretch -- mangohud %command%
Cannot use stretched resolutions without utilizing gamescope. Trying to do so results in small up/left mouse movements not being registered.
Game runs worse than windows, albeit in a much better state than at launch. Over time, the game loses fps and begins to have severe stuttering requiring a restart.
Workshop maps with custom audio results in either complete loss of sound or the game crashing after a few minutes.
Characters glitching in and out of existance.
AMD-FSR3 is enabled in the settings by default. This option, or any other change to rendering scaling results in a black screen. Turn any of them off and the screen is visible.
Crashed once connecting to online, but tried again and it worked.
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="dinput8.dll=n,b" mangohud %command%
I'm not sure why but sometimes the game will freeze and require force stopping the game.
Right now due to the directstorage upgrade from title update 1, launching the game results in a frozen black screen that seems to freeze KDE sometimes as well. To fix this, you need to go to Nexus Mods and download the old directstorage dll files and replace the current ones in the game directory with the older ones. I was then able to continue playing the game.
Unable to lower volume of game. Game has no settings itself to change this. Used to use kde plasma audio settings to lower it before, but it does not show up with this version.
Haven't 100% the game yet, but with what I have experienced, it works pretty much flawlessly. Runs better than OG due to native Vulkan now.
Online is riddled with disconnects, the game also looks choppy compared to windows version.
proton hotfixes/expiremental
Game is choppy compared to windows version, despite solid 60+ fps
Online matches disconnect randomly. Tried with both ranked and player matches.
While the offline game plays perfectly fine, albeit with choppiness, online is not viable.
