After switching from windows to pop-os, first day playing i forgot i was on linux. That good.

Tinker Steps:Custom Proton: GE-Proton9-27, Set launch options
DXVK_ASYNC=1 gamemoderun %command%

Tried with experimental as well, but getting some stutter when cpu intensive animations occur, with GE version its flawless
