Tinker Steps:Changed configuration
a recent glibc update broke compatability with the FMOD libraries located at Receiver2_Data/Plugins
to fix, install execstack and run execstack -c libfmod.so and execstack -c libfmodstudio.so in the plugins folder

wouldn't launch without protontricks, not sure exactly what it needed, but used the same wine prefix for another game with cmd, d3dcompiler_47, d3dx10, d3dx11_43, d3dx9, dx8vb, dxvk, quartz, and vcrun2019
