There is no option to enable windowed borderless in video settings.
Instability:Occasionally
Switching between windowed and fullscreen while a world is loaded causes the game to freeze before crashing.

Overall (online):Good
In order to host a save game from the same machine as the one you're playing on you need to:
- Launch vanilla Terraria from Steam
- Launch tModLoader after Terraria finishes launching
- Wait for tModLoader to finish launching
- Close Terraria
This is due to Steam interpreting you as playing Terraria instead of tModLoader (unless you do the above steps) and not recognising that you are playing the same game as you are sending invites from/the game friends are trying to join.
The issues with fullscreen/windowed and borderless window are solved by forcing Proton on only tModLoader, not Terraria. Forcing Proton on both results in tModLoader getting stuck while launching.
