Tinker Steps:Switch to experimental
X-2 specifically would previously would crash ridiculously often on any Proton version. Proton Experimental updated on Nov. 8th to fix this issue, no longer needs any special adjustment to run as long as Experimental is forced.

Using the regular protontricks syntax from Konsole didn't work for me, and neither did using the GUI app. I had to use flatpak run com.github.Matoking.protontricks 460120 quartz_feb2010 wmp11 qasf to make it work, as well as install ProtonUp-Qt to download GE so I could assign it to Neptunia. After all that, it works without a hitch.
