Launch Flags:Use Wine D3D
I used the Wine D3D fix and overall it runs well. Performance is a bit below average, even with low graphics, but everything appears to be clean. A system with better specs would probably be just fine. It's definitely playable, just a bit slow.

Will not run using Vulcan; using Wine D3d11 is mandatory. Only video glitch I've noticed is some strobing effects on the water hexes. This can be addressed by disabling shadows in the Graphics Section; otherwise plays perfectly.
