It runs perfectly using proton 5.0-10 with PROTON_USE_WINED3D=1 at 60 FPS. Gamepad works running big picture mode.

Game gets really slow using default proton without any parameters.
Frame rate around 30 FPS. But it gets reduced dramatically when a new map is being shown with aerial camera when you enter a new village or city. Gameplay itself not affected.

Como mencionado anteriormente há um bug nesse jogo que impede de comprar o primeiro carro mesmo com dinheiro suficiente.

Apenas criando symlink para o executável já que ele não instala, porém não encontra o executável do jogo. Ainda não tentei forçar uso do proton nesse jogo. Afinal, ele vai modificar a instalação. Mas é o mesmo problema reportado. Você consegue rodar no começo. É deixado tipo na garagem. Não dá para comprar o primeiro carro para começar a jogar. É um bug tosco. Sempre diz que não há dinheiro suficiente para comprar.
Na versão Windows fica absurdo porque te força a comprar carros com dinheiro real

Apenas gerando symlink para o arquivo que não está ausente...só o nome está diferente. Outra opção é renomear esse executável.
A versão nativa tem um bug que te impede de comprar o carro mesmo com dinheiro suficiente na moeda do jogo. Na versão do Windows rodando via proton nem isso. Fica zerado e você tem que gastar uns dólares para ter o primeiro item do jogo...resumindo...não vale a pena. Não instalem.

Normal fights OK. Open world gets slow depending on the part of the map.
In case of reinstall it stops working
Once purchased backup your game and prefix related folders as it stops working if you have to reinstall this game through steam client. It simply crashes on new installation. I looked for a solution with the community without success. I tried to change to GE version of proton and the standard versions offered by steam gui. No progress.
There's a dialog box with a link to a page with the following message: "your game purchase cannot be re-validated successfully, please wait 24 hours and try again."
It does not seem to be so simple as via cli you can see the messages related to part of installation program not being loaded related to contract form.
